These terms govern the Laugh in a Blink 秒笑 publishing tool ("the Tool"). The Tool is an internal application used only by our team to publish our own videos to accounts we own. It is not offered to the public.

Use of the Tool is also subject to the terms of each platform it connects to, including the YouTube Terms of Service, TikTok Terms of Service, and Meta Terms.

We are responsible for the videos we publish. We credit original creators in every video and remove content promptly at the request of the rights holder.
